For guests traveling with pets, the front yard is fully gated and fenced, providing a secure space for your furry companions. We kindly ask that you clean up after your pets to help maintain the cleanliness of the property.

Additionally, the property features a functional fish cleaning house conveniently located off the dock, making it easy for fishing enthusiasts to prepare their fresh catch.

We recommend your own vehicle but there are Ubers in the area.

There is a detached 3 bedroom cabin on the property that shares the fish cleaning station and washer/dryer.

No more than 2 vehicles only in space marked Cottage. Also room for your boat in your own boat slip out the back door.

1. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.

2. No parties or events allowed.

3. Pets allowed. We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:

• We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.
• No more than ONE (1) animal, no larger than 40 pounds.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets.
• Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated.

4. Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information.

5. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

6. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in).

7. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $250 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.

8. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.

9. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 10:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them.

10. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.

• Dishes should be cleaned and put away—no dirty dishes left in the sink.
• All garbage must be disposed of in the outdoor trash cans provided.

11. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property
