Newly renovated, modern townhouse in the heart of Stoweâjust steps from the iconic Rec Path and close to shops, dining, and the best skiing in the Northeast! Our home features a spacious kitchen and living area, spa-inspired bathroom, private patio, and seasonal pool. Sleeps 6 comfortably with a king bed in the primary and full bed plus twin-over-twin bunk in the second bedroom. Perfect for families or small groups year-round. Relax, explore, and enjoy all that Stowe has to offer!
**Please note: The fireplace is not for use at this time.**

đœïž The Kitchen: This space is the heart of the home â beautifully designed complete with premium appliances, a generous island, and everything you need to cook and gather comfortably. Weâve stocked the home with cookware, drinkware, utensils, and a Keurig with K-cups, cream, and sugar. A small welcome basket of snacks awaits your arrival.
đïž The Living Room: A bright and airy space with plenty of comfortable seating. Settle in with the Frame TV, which includes Samsung TV Plus and seamless access to your favorite streaming apps. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home.
đ§ș Laundry Closet: A stacked washer/dryer is tucked away in the downstairs hall closet for guest use. We provide guests with detergent and dryer sheets.

Bedroom 1 - Features a King bed with ultra cozy bedding. Thereâs also a small desk for anyone working on the go.
Bedroom 2 - An equally cozy space with a full bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds. A pack-and-play, baby gate, and childrenâs books are also available for our littlest guests!
+ Plus, both rooms include room-darkening shades, dressers, and ample closet space!
đż The Bathroom: This space was designed to be enjoyed! A beautiful and spacious walk-in shower is a definite highlight.

đżđČ Storage: Our private, single-car garage is accessible to all guests for storing bikes, skis and other gear. (Please no parking inside the garage.)

đŽââïž The Stowe Rec Path: Itâs literally steps away â ideal for walking, running, biking, and in the winter, snowshoeing or cross-country adventures!
đThe Village: A short ~1.5 mile walk (or 3 min drive) along the path takes you to the Main Street of the Village or head in the other direction and check out many of Stoweâs best spots.
đ» Dining & Drinks: Right nearby is Sushi Yoshi, American Flatbread, Stowe Cider and Stowe Bee Bakery & CafeâŠand thereâs much more along the Rec Path!
đïž â·ïž Mountain Road: Weâre tucked back off of Mountain Rd / Rte 108 so itâs a quick ~5 miles up the road to Stowe Mountain Resort / Spruce Peak and Smugglersâ Notch.
đ Shuttle: From late November through early April, a complimentary shuttle runs every 20â30 minutes to the ski resort, with a stop a short walk from the townhouse.

Guests enjoy full access to the home, including the private patio and the shared outdoor spaces and seasonal pool. There is outdoor parking available for up to two vehicles.
The single-car garage offers generous space for storing bikes, skis, and other gear, and also houses the garbage and recycling bins. We kindly ask that guests refrain from parking vehicles inside the garage.
Entry is simple and secure with our keyless system. Your unique access code will be provided approximately 24 hours before arrival.
We respect your privacy but are always available via the Airbnb app if anything comes up. A digital guestbook is provided before your stay, featuring local recommendations, house instructions, and our favorite spots in Stowe to help you enjoy every moment.
