With multiple levels of living space and thoughtful amenities throughout, Pippin's Perch is the perfect setting for your next beach getaway.
The main living area is located on the top floor, creating a light filled space to gather after a day in the sun. Comfortable seating and an open layout make it easy to relax, watch a movie, or enjoy time together. The kitchen, just off the living area, is fully equipped with everything you need for preparing meals during your stay, ideal for beach day breakfasts, casual lunches, and family dinners. Enjoy meals together indoors or take them outside to enjoy the coastal air.

The primary king bedroom, also on the top floor, offers a private retreat with an ensuite full bathroom. The mid level features a cozy den with a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for additional guests or a quiet space to unwind. Two queen bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations, while the fourth bedroom includes a twin bed and a full bed, making it ideal for kids or flexible sleeping arrangements. With multiple full bathrooms plus a convenient half bath, everyone has plenty of space and privacy.

Outside, your private fenced backyard becomes your own coastal escape. Cool off in the pool, relax on the loungers, or fire up the grill for a family barbecue. As the evening winds down, gather around the fire pit or soak in the hot tub under the stars. An outdoor shower is also available to rinse off after a beach day and help keep the home sand free and comfortable during your stay. Plus, your furry friends are welcome, as this home allows up to two dogs. All pet-friendly homes include a $175 fee that covers bringing up to one dog. An additional $50 fee applies if you are bringing a second dog. Please note that dogs are the only pets permitted.

BEACH CREDIT
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights, April through October, come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more! The choice is yours.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Linens are included with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bedsheets, pillowcases, bath towels and mats, hand towels, and wash cloths.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-night minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
