The space
Siren Sanctuary is a private, nature-centered retreat property in Playa Chiquita, designed for conscious travel, group stays, and immersive experiences. The sanctuary spans four tropical buildings with six separate rentable units, eight private bedrooms, and multiple shared spaces, allowing for flexible configurations.

The property accommodates up to 18 guests and features lush gardens, wooden decks, a shared pool, and peaceful jungle surroundings. A stunning open-plan main house with high vaulted ceilings serves as a central gathering space for yoga, workshops, retreats, meetings, and community experiences.

Each unit is thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy, offering air conditioning, private bathrooms, kitchenettes or kitchens, and tranquil outdoor spaces. The layout supports both meaningful connection and personal space, making it ideal for retreats, group travel, creative residencies, and extended stays.

Guest access
Guests booking the full Siren Sanctuary property enjoy exclusive access to the entire retreat estate. This includes all private accommodations, the open-plan main gathering house, tropical gardens, wooden decks, shared pool, and all common spaces across the sanctuary grounds.

Groups have full use of retreat facilities for yoga, workshops, ceremonies, meetings, wellness sessions, and group experiences. The layout allows for both communal gathering and private retreat, giving guests space to connect, recharge, and move naturally between shared and personal environments.

From sunrise practices to evening gatherings, the entire property is yours to inhabit, creating a seamless, immersive retreat experience designed for connection, creativity, rest, and transformation.

This is a peaceful, nature-centered retreat designed for guests who value beauty, respect, and conscious living. This is a place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the Caribbean in harmony with the surrounding community and environment.

Water (Important)
There is a filtered water station with hot, room-temperature, and cold water located at the entrance of the property in the small hut next to the parking area.
Please drink filtered water only, especially if you are not accustomed to local water, to avoid stomach discomfort.

WiFi
Site-wide WiFi is available and suitable for remote work.

Quiet hours
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm. Siren Sanctuary is located in a close-knit residential community, and our neighbors value their peace. Music, conversations, and gatherings should remain low and indoors after this time.

Bed configuration
King beds can be configured as two twin beds.
Requests must be made prior to arrival so the room can be properly prepared.

Respect the space
Please treat the property with care, as if it were your own.
Do not move furniture between units.
Use colored towels for the pool and white towels for bathrooms only.

Nature and wildlife
You are surrounded by tropical gardens and local wildlife.
Please do not feed wild animals.
Expect insects, geckos, frogs, and other jungle companions. This is normal in the tropics and part of the natural environment.

Pool and common areas
Shared spaces are for everyone’s enjoyment.
Please clean up after use and be mindful of other guests.
Children must be supervised at all times around the pool.

Energy and water use
Costa Rica values conservation.
Please use water mindfully and turn off air conditioning, lights, and fans when not in use.
Do not leave AC running when you leave the room.

Smoking and substances
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
No smoking inside rooms.
Illegal substances are not permitted on the property.

Trash and recycling
Please separate trash and food waste.
If your trash is full, empty it into the small grey hut next to the water filter near the property entrance.
Food waste may be placed in the compost pile behind Casa Luna.

Safety and security
Lock doors and windows when leaving your unit.
Siren Sanctuary is peaceful, but common-sense awareness is encouraged.

Guests and visitors
Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval is given.

Departure
Please turn off all lights, electrical items, and AC before leaving.
Lock all doors and return keys to the lockbox.
