Although located in the heart of Copacabana, the apartment faces the back of the building, offering a quiet and peaceful environment — perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the city.

Check-in at this property is conducted in person, as required by the condominium, and should preferably take place between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM, as stated in the listing. For arrivals outside this time frame, a fee of up to R$100 may be charged, subject to team availability, especially during atypical hours. Even if the guest chooses to book an extra night to arrive earlier, such as at 6:00 AM, it is still necessary to confirm in advance if the team is available to perform an in-person check-in at that time.
