Terrace has a table and chairs, so you can enjoy your breakfast or diner with a great view to the sea.

You will also enjoy a shared patio with a garden, fireplace, and outdoor dining area.

It's located in a quiet area in the attic of the private house, 10 min walk to the beach and 5 min drive to the historic town of Rab..

We also provide free parking spot in front of the house that you can use for free.

Master bedroom has one comfortable king-size bed and one single bed.

Second bedroom has one comfortable king-size bed.

Living room is equipped with large smart LED TV with satelite channels and a comfortable sofa.

Fully equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, kettle, coffee machine, microwave on request, toaster and fridge with freezer, is ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.


We will provide you also an air condition unit, free parking spot, iron, ironing board, clean linen and towels free of charge.

The washing machine is located at the owner’s property, one wash per stay is free of charge; each additional wash is charged 5 EUR.

Baby cot can also be arranged free of charge, please contact in advance.

Price for one night stay is +30%

For two or more nights stay standard price applies.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke outside..

Pets are not allowed, sorry.

We expect normal house behaviour - watch not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.
