Our home is professionally cleaned and disinfected before every guest arrives. All linens (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels) are freshly washed. We also provide extra cleaning supplies for your peace of mind.

NOTE: We offer optional housekeeping/cleaning service daily at an additional cost to our guests.

No Smoking or Vaping
Please, no smoking, vaping, or use of weed or any illegal drugs anywhere on the property. If smoking is detected, a $200/day deep cleaning fee will apply.

No Unauthorized Parties or Events
We love good vibes, but this home isn’t available for large parties. If you're thinking of hosting something, just ask us first! Unauthorized events may lead to a $1,000 penalty and cancellation.

Trash Limits
After check-out, please leave no more than 2 bags of trash. Please follow garbage removal instructions from Welcome guide - thanks for helping us keep things tidy!

Guest Limit
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. If you need to make changes, just let us know in advance.

No Pets — Allergy Alert
Due to the owner's severe allergies, the home must remain pet-free with no exceptions. We apologize to any guests with specific animal needs. Due to medical reasons, we have zero exceptions to this rule, and $500 fines will apply for any violation.

Late Checkout? Let us know 1 day before!
Need a little extra time? We get it. Just message us in advance, and we’ll do our best. If checkout is delayed past 11:30 a.m., a $100/hour fee will apply to cover cleaning team costs.
