Sunscape is a beautiful beach-and-boat community, and Unit 424 is a fantastic new addition to the prestigious PKRM portfolio of Gulf-front vacation rentals. This spacious 3-bedroom unit comfortably sleeps 7. SeaSpray is a beautifully maintained tower with property on both the Gulf and Ole River sides of Perdido Key. This is one of the few complexes that allow guests to bring their boats on vacation. The riverside has a marina with boat slips available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is also a boat ramp and boat trailer parking available by the day or by the week. All boat-related arrangements must be scheduled through the on-site Sea Spray management office, and boats must be registered with the CAM. If you do not have a boat to bring, no worries! You can still enjoy the gorgeous local waterways by taking advantage of complimentary excursions offered by PKRM. Deep Sea Fishing, a Dolphin Cruise, and a Sunset Cruise are a few ways to view Perdido Key from the water. You can also choose golf at Lost Key or Soldier Creek Golf Courses, or receive complimentary OWA Amusement Park tickets, if you prefer your fun on land. There is a lot to see and do in Perdido Key, and Orange Beach and Downtown Pensacola are short drives away with lots more restaurants, attractions, and shopping. These adventures, 1 per each reservation day, are available to book via the Xplorie App once guests have booked their stay. Guests truly enjoy the value these complimentary adventures add to a vacation.

If you prefer to hang out at the resort, there is also plenty to enjoy at SeaSpray with 2 Gulf-front swimming pools, a riverside swimming pool, a hot tub, a fitness center, a grilling area, an EV charging area, and lighted tennis courts and a pickleball court, in addition to the full boating facilities. Guests can also access beach chair services through the vendor for a truly relaxing beach experience. Some favorite things about Sea Spray include the views from the balconies, a private gulf-front location, the Island Market across the street, and the Florida-Alabama state line, only a 2-mile drive, with great local restaurants, boat rentals, and iconic entertainment.

Sunscape is a beautiful unit with upscale, comfortable furnishings and a fresh feel that instantly makes guests feel welcomed. The open-concept floor plan is over 1,500 SF, and the 4th-floor view overlooks the endless blue horizon of the Gulf. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for guests who wish to prepare meals or snacks, but we hope you enjoy some absolutely fresh Gulf seafood at one of Perdido Key's awesome local restaurants. There is a Keurig coffee maker and a drip coffee maker, as enjoying a morning cup of great coffee on the balcony is a must! The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the kitchen area. The primary bedroom is beautifully designed and features a plush California King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a fantastic shower. Guest Room 1 has two full-sized beds and accommodates up to 4 guests, while Guest Room 2 has a twin-over-full bunk bed and accommodates 3 guests.
