This was the perfect place for my stay! Friend and I came into town for a concert, and nothing beat the price and location of this house. Listing pictures were accurate and the host was very responsive and accommodating. Everything was clean and tidy and the house was so spacious!

Great communication!! Very cute that front porch didn't have time to use but I kno we will be back when Morgan's back in town again .literally 10 mins away from where we went. Go there changed ate n crash.

The house itself was an older house with a lot of charm but did come with an smell that often comes with older houses. It is something we acclimated to quickly but if you are asthmatic it could be an issue. We were in town for a convention so it served us well. The rooms were clean and there was plenty of space to gather. We were staying for a week so it would have been nice to have a washer & drying on site but the host was gracious enough to let us know where the closest laundromat was located. If you are looking for a longer stay I would take this into consideration. While the listing says it can sleep up to 7, which I would not agree with, there are two bedrooms with comfortable beds that sleep up to 4. After that you are looking at sleeping on the sofas, which are comfortable but not ideal. We also weren't provided with much toilet paper or paper towels for the kitchen which was probably my biggest inconvenience. The host was very good at communicating with me every time I reached out, which I appreciated.

The home is an older property with a great deal of character and charm, and while it is thoroughly cleaned and maintained, older homes can sometimes have a characteristic odor that some guests may notice more than others. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. The listing does not advertise a washer and dryer, and we were happy to provide the location of the nearest laundromat when you needed that service. The home is also listed to accommodate up to seven guests, based on the sleeping arrangements and photographs provided in the listing. Regarding the toilet paper and paper towels, we’re sorry these supplies were an inconvenience. We are always happy to provide additional supplies when needed, and our maintenance support was available during your stay. Since you mentioned that we were very responsive whenever you reached out, we certainly would have been glad to bring additional supplies had we been contacted. We appreciate your positive comments about the cleanliness, space, and communication, and we hope the clarification above is helpful to future guests considering the home.

I hate to be a downer on the ratings with every comment being so excellent, but we were very disappointed whenever we walked in. The place smelled like smoke, there were hairs hanging from the wall hooks in the bathroom and on the side of the tub.The pictures listed on the site were very misleading because the house was in a very unsafe neighborhood and we didn’t feel very safe being there. But thankfully there was dead bolts on the doors. The host, when I messaged her about something it took her almost a week to respond back to me. But the day we got to her place she was more responsive.The beds were very squeaky but comfortable. The sheets smelled good so that was a positive. Overall we would have chosen to stay in a different VRBO if we had known all of this upfront.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am currently at a new location, brand new paint and flooring, and beautiful mahogany hardwood flooring. My new home includes a small work out area. Table setting for groups of 12, more like a hotel inspired look. I’m sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. I take every guest’s concerns seriously, which is why I was surprised by some of the comments in this review. The property is accurately represented in the listing, and I make every effort to provide a clean, comfortable, and secure home for my guests. I also respond to guest communications as promptly as possible, and I regret if you felt my response time was not adequate during your stay.
