The space
This home is stocked with all the essentials. This is a 3/2 home. However, the owner uses the third bedroom to store their personal items. Two queen beds, WiFi, work station, and an expansive lanai for entertaining.

You are just a short 8-10 minute golf cart ride to Spanish Springs where there is nightly entertainment and many restaurants to enjoy. Lake Sumter is a 15 minute ride by cart.


Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house except the third bedroom which is used for owner storage.

Other things to note
There is an option to purchase a Lifestyle ID during your stay. It allows access to all the amenities in The Villages, just as if you were an owner. The cost is $50. That is inclusive. Two people can receive the ID. If you have additional guests, they can also receive free Visitor Passes. If you want to pursue that, let me know. I will need the following: One or two names, home addresses, emails, and cell numbers.
