Guests are greeted by the expansive front porch lined with rocking chairs where they can relax and unwind while enjoying partial marsh views across the street. Outdoor ceiling fans will keep those beach breezes going on warm summer days.

Upon entering the home, you will see an open floor plan that is centrally located including the living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is a game table stocked with cards and games in the living room for those fun family game nights or just a rainy day. The dining room table seats 8 there are 3 bar stools at the kitchen island.

The kitchen is well stocked and offers just about anything your family chef could need. Standard kitchen appliances are featured including but not limited to:

- Fridge/freezer combo with icemaker and water filter
- Dishwasher

The bedrooms are located on each side of the home and each bedroom has ceiling fans. The master bedroom and a guest bedroom are located off of the left side of the living room. The master bedroom features a king size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a double vanity. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and French doors that open up to the back deck and an ensuite bath featuring a shower/tub combo.

The other two rooms are located off to the right of the living room. The first bedroom located on the back of the home features a king size bed and French doors that open up to the back deck and the last bedroom has two twin bunk beds. These two rooms share the full size hall bath with a tub/shower combo. Just off of this same hallway is a laundry room with a full size washer/dryer set.

The back of the home offers a more private outdoor setting with a screened in porch and an outdoor dining space.

Guests must sign and acknowledge a rental contract before their stay. Check in time is anytime after 4:00pm and check out is anytime ,before 10:00am. The home does not allow, smoking, vaping, parties or events. Pets are allowed with a 2 pet maximum and pet fees apply.
