This rental unit is located inside Lakewood Camping Resort, a premier oceanfront resort offering fun and relaxation for all ages. Guests have access to incredible on-site amenities including an indoor pool with hot tub, an outdoor pool, and a water park featuring a kids’ splash pad. Additional amenities include pedal boat rentals, an arcade, bicycle rentals, mini golf, and much more — all within the resort.

This beautifully maintained vacation home offers plenty of room for your family or group to relax in comfort. With a total of 5 beds—including 1 king bed and 4 queen beds (2 in each of the two additional bedrooms)—this home easily sleeps up to 10 guests. The large front deck makes the perfect space for family meals!

My biggest complaint is with the maintenance workers. We had on walk rite in as if nobody was even there. He knew people were there since there was 2 vehicles outside and I'm sure he heard us talking. Overall a really nice place to stay but beware that maintenance may walk rite in on you without warning.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is nice but honestly for the price you pay for it I would have expected better upkeep. One of us fell in one of the bathtubs the first night due to no bath mat and slimy water. A few days later the shower rod fell on my head. No I wasn't pulling on it. Just need to proceed with caution on this one lol. Lots of soft spots upstairs. One of the bathtubs feels like your going to fall through. The furniture needs some deep cleaning or better yet replaced with matching furniture. I can say maintenance was quick to come when we needed them and it was peaceful on the porch.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was perfect! we rented the 8046 and got the property on time (4PM) and everything was ready. It was a big house for a family of 6. the upstairs was perfect for the kids, as there was an extra living room. Of course the resort didn't change. the pool with the slides if so good for our kids. We will come back for sure. The description of the location was accurate, it's for big families. Myrtle beach is an amazing place, and the Lakewood is our favorite.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second year staying at home and was very unhappy with the level of cleanliness in home. Upon arrival the dining room table had left over crumbs. For the master bedroom body fluids were on walls with vomit residue. All floors throughout home were filthy having to wear shoes throughout home. Majority of sinks were slow to drain if at all. Driveway was full of buds of old cigarettes. Dining room rug was full of stains and just filthy (placed outside of home due to filth.)

We wasn't able to get into the house until 6 because it wasn't cleaned yet and a vent in the ceiling upstairs fell down. Luckily nobody was standing under it when it decided to fall.
