LP9 is a Very Good Neighborhood of Santo Domingo that is very secure and you can walk to almost all you can need in your surroundings.

• Basketball Court
• Kids Playground
• Adults Game Room
• Parks and other recreational areas

• Electricity: Please note that in Santo Domingo, electricity is not always 100% reliable. Occasionally, there may be power outages. However, we provide an electricity backup inverter to keep things running smoothly during these times. Please be aware that the air conditioner does not work with the backup inverter, but the fans will still be functional.
• Social Areas: The gym, pool table, and other social amenities of the LP9 project, as shown in the pictures, are subject to availability. These facilities are operated by the community and have varied hours, so please check with the staff for up-to-date access timings.

1. Check-in & Check-out ⏰
• Check-in time: 3:00 PM or later.
• Check-out time: By 12:00 PM (noon).
2. Maximum Occupancy
The apartment accommodates up to 2 guests. No visitors allowed.
3. Pre Check-In Portal & Identification 🔑🆔
This step is mandatory and must be completed before arrival.
All guests must submit valid IDs and the required information through the Guest Pre Check-In Portal. This is necessary to receive access codes and check-in instructions, ensuring a smooth arrival.
4. Third-Party Bookings 🚫
We do not accept third-party bookings (i.e., reservations made on behalf of other guests) without prior authorization from us. The person making the reservation must be present during the stay unless we have given explicit approval in advance.
5. Quiet Hours 🤫
To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
6. Smoking 🚭
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the balcony. Please use designated smoking areas outside the building.
7. Pets 🐾
No pets allowed.
8. Parties & Events 🎉
No parties or events allowed. Please respect the property and neighbors.
9. Damages & Breakages ⚠️
Guests are responsible for any damage or breakages during their stay. Please report any issues promptly so they can be addressed.
10. Social Areas 🏙️
Please respect all Project rules and shared common areas.
11. Laundry & Garbage 🧺🚮
• Use laundry facilities responsibly.
• Dispose of trash in designated bins and recycle when possible.
12. Air Conditioning ❄️
Turn off the air conditioning when not in use to conserve energy.
13. Security 🔒
• Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the apartment.
• Use the provided keys and make sure the building’s entry doors are properly closed.
14. Parking 🚗
If you have a vehicle, please park in designated areas. Check with building management for parking availability.

• Avoid loud noises in hallways or common areas.
