✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival, some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ All taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in the price .
✔ Free WiFi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling, heating,EV charger.
✔ Cleaning service is offered once a week, typically on the third or fourth day, for stays of at least one week.
✔ Linen change. Bedsheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day to new and fresh.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon request and depending on availability.
✔The pool heating is available at an additional charge of €70.00 per day.(minimum 5 or 7 days).The highest temperature that the pool can reach when it is heated is 25-27 degrees Celsius, depending on the outside temperature.
✔ Please note that the temperature in the jacuzzi ranges between 29°-34°C , depending on external weather conditions.
✔ No pets allowed
✔ Smoking is permitted only in outdoor spaces
✔ Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport
✔Note that this is a professionally run rental villa  that has been licensed by the Greek National Tourist Organization, EOT, which is required by Greek law.
