You will enjoy our pool with deck chairs and parasol, patio with barbecue and garden.

There is also a two twrraces with table and chairs.

Both living room has a smart LCD TV with satellite channels, air condition unit and cozy sofa.

First and second bedroom has a comfortable king size bed.

Third one has two cozy single beds.

First kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, microwave and is ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Both bathroms has shower and hair dryer.

Baby cot and high chair can be provided for free, just ask in advance.

Smoking is not allowed in the Villa, but you can smoke outside.

Villa is not suitable for pets.

We expect normal house behaviour - watch not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.

Except that - just enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 2 pm (14:00), check out 10:00 am, flexible if possible.
