From the balcony, furnished with patio furniture, you can enjoy a great view of the sea. The sandy beach and the sea are only about 30 meters away—ideal for spontaneous walks along the water, relaxing days at the beach, or an active beach vacation.

The living area is furnished with a sofa, armchair, dining table, and TV.
