The space
Ocean Oasis offers four car parking, six spacious bedrooms and five full bathrooms, an elevator to all three floors, washer/dryer, and three outdoor decks for entertainment plus crystal clear views of the ocean. Plan your next escape to Brigantine! The home is a 6 minute walk to the lifeguarded beaches or an easy stroll to the fishing beaches. Beach cart, beach chairs and umbrellas provided!

This spectacular home is steps to the beach and boasts panoramic views of the ocean and bay from almost every window in the home. The ground floor elevator starts near the garage and makes its way to all three floors of living - meaning you won't have to climb any stairs if you don't want to.

If desired you can charge your electric vehicle in the garage with our universal car charging station (both Tesla and Non-Tesla Vehicles).

The first floor has two bedrooms / two bathrooms and sleeps comfortably four people. PLUS the kids' favorite - TV and Game Room! There's an outdoor shower for quick and easy cleaning after a day at the beach.

The second floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite is the main attraction of this floor - fitted with a spacious master bathroom *jacuzzi tub*, closet, a sitting room, fireplace, TV, and access to its own private deck with ocean and bay views; it is a room fit for royalty.

The second floor has a washer/dryer.

The third floor living space is a magnificent open concept great room with vaulted ceilings and panoramic views that are truly breathtaking. The kitchen is equipped with caraway cookware, wolf appliances, built-in refrigerators and dishwasher, all matching the kitchen cabinetry.

This truly is the masterpiece of the home - 180 degree beach to bay view entertainment area. For those who like to enjoy a nice cocktail or glass of wine after a long day at the beach, we have a custom bar area with two beverage fridges. Make your way from the bar to the seating area with a beautiful gas fireplace and 65 inch TV, which you may not even want to turn on because of the STUNNING 180 degree view of the ocean from the wall of windows. For an even better view, walk through the sliding glass doors to the deck to enjoy morning coffee, afternoon sun, or dinner for 8 with completely unobstructed views.

The entire home is tastefully decorated with elegant upgrades such as crown moldings, tile and granite, gas fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and many other unique architectural accents and curated artwork. This home is truly one of kind, and we are beyond excited to share it with you!

Ocean Oasis has a fully stocked kitchen and bar including Caraway cookware, glassware, flatware, dinnerware, etc. plus beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, etc. We have two Stokke highchairs and a travel crib for your use.

Please note that the cleaning fee also includes a complete linen service. The linen service will provide all of your sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes and kitchen towels and launder all of them after your stay! During the peak summer months, 10 beach towels are also included.
