PLEASE READ before booking: We require some information that is needed by the Home Owners Association and must be submitted 4 days prior to your arrival. Failure to provide this information will be penalized by HOA for $35.00 as a late fee. Please send an inquiry for more details.



HOA fees applicable for the following:

Fixed Rental Fee- $35

Missing Wristbands Penalty - $25.00 per piece

Fishing- $10 fish restocking fee per angler (PA Fishing License Required)

-Failure to submit your HOA registration on time may result to HOA fines ranging around $250.00 to $500.00 on top of the late fee.
