The Space:

The Room

The Curtis Park Club is a small boutique hotel located in the heart of RiNo, a vibrant neighborhood in Denver, Colorado. The Captivating Cowgirl is the sixth of ten rooms available at The CPC. The room is accessible through the interior of the home, located upstairs near the communal area. Inside of the room, we have placed a queen bed along with a dresser. On the opposite side of the room, guests will fall in love with the comfortable seating area settled near the fireplace. Feeling a little hungry? If there’s any leftovers, there’s a mini fridge and microwave available for use. The Captivating Cowgirl is a desirable home base for those currently having a love affair with the City of Denver.



The Space:

Upon entering through the front gate, guests will be immersed in the elegance of The Curtis Park Club. The front lawn is beautifully landscaped with lush greenery and communal areas for guests to eat a delicious lunch from a local eatery. Looking for outdoor adventure? There are several boutiques and local restaurants steps away from The Curtis Park Club. For natural homebodies, there are two indoor communal areas. The downstairs communal area is smaller, but beautifully decorated with perfect seating for five guests. Upstairs, there is a larger communal area that seats twelve to fourteen. In these inside communal areas, guests are welcomed to interact with other travelers, indulge in a novel, or take photos with their friends.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home and common areas throughout the property.

• The coffee & water station/area, deck/seating area, & ice machine area are all shared with other guests in the building.

• The property can be booked to use as a venue for professional photoshoots. Please inquire with management for pricing and availability.

• Please read ALL House Rules thoroughly: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.

• With Effortless Stay , every property is professionally cleaned to the highest standards after every stay. Our comprehensive turnover process ensures a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment for all our guests.

•There is not guest access to the mailbox at this unit. Please do not have packages or deliveries made if you will not be present to receive them. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or missing mail/packages.

•Please note we are not liable for left items. Returns incur a $50 fee plus shipping costs. Any items not claimed within 24 hours of checkout are donated or discarded.

• There is a $30 fee for early check-in. Availability of early check-in cannot be confirmed until after 10am on your arrival day.
