To access Smart TV mobile casting capability: Use remote to turn TV on. Connect your mobile device to WiFi network (unit 402). Open desired streaming app on your mobile device to cast on TV (e.g. Netflix, HBO Go, etc.). Select cast icon on mobile device app (rectangle with 3 lines in left corner) and choose TV to cast to.

**Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! Our unit security requires an active internet signal at all times. Unplugging any router/box without host approval result in an additional fee. The unit will also be subject to host entry to remedy the issue at our discretion.**

Trash - If trash piles up and needs to be taken out, there are trash cans behind the building that can be accessed through the backside parking gate with code 7817.

Check-out process: Place all used towels on bathroom floor. Close the entry door and hit the `lock` symbol on the keypad. Ensure the door properly closes and locks before leaving.

PARKING:
On Broadway Street in between 7th and 9th. Parking: There is plenty of metered street parking right outside of the building, as well as surface lot and parking garage options. Metered parking is enforced 9AM-9PM Mon-Sat and 2PM-9PM Sun. There is a surface lot right across the street (250 ft) away for $5 a day, as well as several other surface lots within a 3 minute walk or closer that range from $5-$10 for all day parking. In addition, there are several parking garages within a 3 minute walk that typically range from $5-$12 a day - the cheaper rate being on the weekends.
