📌 Important Note: The pool is currently open and available for guest use. Please note that the pool is undergoing maintenance, and some paint is peeling in the pool. This will be repaired by the condo board. The water is regularly filtered and checked. Thank you for your understanding.

📌During periods of strong winds or heavy rain, electricity and water service may be temporarily affected and shut off. These situations are weather-related and outside of our control. This is uncommon but we wanted to keep you informed. Thank you for your understanding.

📌For guests traveling with children (5 years old above allowed): Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor of a low-rise building. The unit includes stairs leading up to the loft area. We kindly ask parents and guardians to be mindful and supervise children at all times.
