Because you'll be getting both sides of the second-tier duplex, you'll enjoy the convenience of having two kitchens, two laundries and two living spaces. Yet, you'll be just a few steps away. This is the perfect set up for any large group but is especially well suited for multiple families. There is also a comfortable living space and picnic table under the house for those times when you want to be outside but not in the sun.

The Space

You'll enjoy comfortable and inviting living spaces, complemented by large windows that bring in the coastal sunshine. The living rooms lead out onto a lovely patio, where you can relax and enjoy the refreshing sea breeze while taking in the view of the beach across the street.

Both sides feature kitchens that provide all the essentials for your culinary needs, and the open-concept layouts ensure a seamless flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas.

Beyond the unit's interior, The Gulf Winds Duplex features convenient amenities for your enjoyment. Rinse off the beach sand in the outdoor shower after a day of fun in the sun. Gather around the picnic table for al fresco dining and fire up the charcoal grill for a delightful barbecue with your loved ones.

* Renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

* Beach accesses are located just a short 5 minute walk to the east or west.
* The pool is open year round but it is not heated. While we make every effort to keep the pool operational and available for use, sometimes issues outside our control arise and the pool may not be available for use for all or part of a stay.
