Tucked in the Jay Crest community, less than a mile from the Village of Duck, this cheerful retreat keeps you close to everything you love about Duck. Hop on the bike/walking path that leads straight into town for mornings on the Duck boardwalk, afternoons at Duck Town Park, and evenings of shopping, dining, and live entertainment. After a fun-filled day, come home to your own private pool, relaxing hot tub, and wide wraparound decks that invite you to unwind and reconnect.

1 Bedroom (with 1 Twin and 1 Bunk with semi-private full bath with tub and shower, shared with the den/living area); entry into the home; den/living area with flatscreen television and small additional refrigerator with access to the Private Pool and Hot Tub; Laundry closet; enclosed outdoor shower.
Level 2:
3 bedrooms (2 with Queen, covered deck access, and wall mounted flatscreen televisions; 1 with 1 Twin and 1 Bunk); hall bath (with tub and shower); access to the mid-level entry door.
