The resort is located in the Miramar Beach/Sandestin area, 10 miles east of Destin and 3 miles west of CR-30A. The Tides building is beachfront – only a few steps from the powdery white, sandy beaches. The condo DOES NOT include the use of Tops'l Club (fitness, indoor pool, resort tennis courts) or Blue Dunes Grill.
