This is not your typical suburban home—it's a character-filled lakeside cabin with unique nooks, crannies, and delightful details. Our guests consistently fall in love with its authentic charm, but please read carefully BEFORE booking to ensure this special place matches your needs:

Layout & Accessibility
• Tri-level design with multiple staircases throughout. If you have mobility concerns or prefer single-level living, this may not be ideal for you.

Level 1 (Patio): Kitchen, Dining Area, Movie Nook, Half Bath, main entry & patio access
Level 2 (Mid): Living Room, Deck, Main Bathroom, Coffee Bar/Breakfast Nook, secondary driveway access
Level 3 (Top): Bedrooms (each with TVs)

• Waterfront access via 144 recently renovated & re-stained steps leading to your private dock and swimming area. The path is well-maintained but requires a moderate fitness level.

• Driveway considerations: Like most lakefront properties, our driveway has a steep grade with a sharp angle. While all our guests have managed it successfully, first-time visitors should approach with care.

• Parking for three vehicles available, but boat trailers cannot be accommodated due to the driveway's sharp turn. (Boaters: Lattins Cove launch is nearby, but separate trailer parking arrangements will be needed)

- Two adult kayaks with required life preservers for lake exploration
