on weather conditions.
* The attached spa can be heated only when the entire pool is heated;
both will have the same temperature.
* Pool heater may not function effectively in temperatures below 50F
and no refund is provided if the desired temperature is not met.

* This home is self-catering; a welcome kit is provided, but guests
should purchase additional items as needed.
* Place trash in the designated bin daily.
* Mid-stay housekeeping services are available upon request for an
