La cabine est partie de la communauté de chalet au bord du lac de charme et populaire Kingfisher Cove. La maison partage de 200 pieds de façade sur le lac vierge Goshorn, 17 acres de bois, une piscine d'association, des promenades, des sentiers de la nature et de la brise du lac Michigan.

Cette cabine est parfait dans tous les sens; un refuge romantique pour un week-end, des vacances en famille avec les enfants, ou avec un groupe d'amis; vous serez ravis avec cette cabine fantastique. Vous trouverez un confortable, chaleureux et bas pour les placer de la terre - Amusez-vous avec les petits luxes et les commodités qui rendent vos vacances complète, mémorable et!
La cabine a tout ce que vous devez être à l'aise et choyé pendant votre séjour avec nous.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour les repas en famille ou pour se divertir. Il dispose de comptoirs haut de gamme, appareils en acier inoxydable, cafetière, machine à glaçons et bien plus encore! Dînez à l'intérieur dans la salle à manger, à l'extérieur dans le patio ou projeté dans dans la cour arrière à la table de pique-nique. La salle à manger intérieure dispose des sièges pour huit - idéal pour les repas ainsi que des jeux de société dont il est un grand choix dans la maison. Il ya aussi deux sièges d'appoint et une chaise haute pour les plus petits. Situé juste à côté de la cuisine est une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pour votre commodité.

La grande salle a un énorme télécommande foyer au gaz parfait pour l'hiver sortir ou fraîches nuits d'été. La cabine dispose également de deux TV avec le câble de base, deux lecteurs DVD, Apple TV et d'une connexion Internet sans fil sécurisé 5G rester connecté au monde extérieur ... si vous pouvez rompre le plaisir.
Il l'accès illimité à la piscine chauffée de l'association (disponibles en saison), qui est situé à une très courte distance de marche! Goshorn lac est à quelques pas plus loin sur la promenade où vous pouvez lancer une ligne ou ramer votre kayak dans la paix et la tranquillité. Apportez les vélos à prendre la nouvelle piste cyclable dans Saugatuck. Apportez beaucoup de nourriture de sorte que vous pouvez faire griller dans la cour arrière ou aller à un certain nombre de bons restaurants à proximité.

This cabin was perfect for our ladies’ trip accommodating the 7 of us very well. It was incredibly clean and we instantly felt “at home”. It’s conveniently located close to both downtown Douglas and Saugatuck providing us with a couple of days of shopping and dining. We definitely have plans of returning.

It was a nice cabin. We enjoyed the time we spent there. A couple of things we didn’t love. No mention that we should probably bring our own wash cloths. There were maybe 4 to use? Plenty of towels, but nowhere enough washcloths. Also, asking guests who have paid to stay, along with a cleaning fee to strip all beds and start washing them is crazy!! I get starting the dish washer , and taking your own trash out. But, a 10 o’clock sharp check out while asking so much of guests to add onto their list of things to do before departing was a bit of a shock. We travel a lot! And that was a first. Just a thought!

Our absolute favorite place to stay! Luxe-woodsy feel of the house makes for a nice atmosphere. Our kids love playing with the provided games and toys, eating breakfast on the screened in porch, swimming in the pool and off the dock at the lake! We love the responsive hosts, dock to the lake, well stocked kitchen, multiple places to relax, and that our kids love it! Only complaint is the upstairs gets hot. Needs more vents or a ceiling fan. No big deal - we’ll still be back!

Great cabin

This is our 3rd year renting this vacation home and we are never disappointed. A little miscommunication with the cleaning staff but Host Brian responded immediately. After dinner out we returned to a spotless cabin. Highly recommend.

EXCELLENT. Clean and beautifully decorated. Everything was wonderful for our family of 5. Kids ages 6,4,2. They had a booster chair for our littlest one, tons of beach toys, and toys in the upstairs loft that our kids found. We will definitely be booking again for next summer. I think we found our go to spot! Thank you!

Nice log cabins

I was in town for 2 nights for a wedding and needed a place for myself and adult kids to stay. The cabin was nice with some small areas that could use some attention- the front steps are uneven, the enclosed porch smells like cigarette smoke and there was no hair dryer there. I purposely did not bring one because almost all places have one and it was on the list of amenities. Besides those things I found especially the upstairs area with the large tub, shower and full size mirror to be perfect to get ready for the wedding. I didn’t have a chance to enjoy the pool or outdoor fire pit.

Very cute property. Had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of kitchen and laundry supplies. Plenty of seating. Only 2 issues, ice maker in the freezer didn't work, messaged the owner, ended up googling how to fix it, still didn't work. The upstairs bathroom window had no covering. From inside the shower we looked out through the trees to the business on the other side of the road and watched people going in and out. In the summer this wouldn't be a concern, but there were very few leaves during our visit. Showers in the dark... (also messaged the owner hoping they had something available in the house, nope...)

The cabin exceeded our all of our expectations. The instructions sent beforehand were clear. The cabin was spotless and well stocked. It was homey and spacious at the same time. The decor was was fun. The location was super convenient. We are hope to come back!

Great Cabin!

Came to Saugatuk for our daughter’s wedding. This cabin was perfect, right down the road from the venue. It’s cozy, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Highly recommend

We spent Thanksgiving here with our son and his wife. It was a cold weekend and this was a lovely, cozy home to gather in. Plus the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking some rather elaborate meals. The knives were dull, but that’s to be expected in a rental. I would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and cozy

Five adult family members stayed at the cabin for our daughter’s wedding weekend. The cabin is warm and welcoming. It is very clean, and well kept. The only possible negative I could offer is that it is located close to a fairly busy road, and we could hear the road noise at night. Something to consider if you’re a light sleeper.

Annual cousins trip - 5 women looking for relaxation

This lodge was so clean, plenty of room for 5 women, kitchen was stocked. Beds very comfortable, quiet & very safe location. Pool & walking trail a big plus. Only contacted our host once prior to trip & Brian responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely log cabin style rental

Perfect location, well kept property. The log lodge decor is very nice and we enjoyed the fire pit for S’mores. Comfortably accommodated 6 adults and 3 children. Lots to do in the area, we discovered Retro Boat rentals and spent a day on one of their motorized donuts. Also recommend the Sand Dune Buggy ride!

Dream vacation home

It was very sweet and spacious. Clean and comfy. Close to spots where we needed to visit. We were on the go a lot but very nice to come home to. Would book again.

Robert hails from the hill country of TX ... New Braunfels, TX to be exact whereas Brian was born and raised in Palos Heights, IL, south of Chicago. We have been together for 16 years, married and have three children ages 6.7 and 10 (the picture here is a bit old :)). The children keep us VERY busy with school, activities and the general drama that three little ones create everyday. However, we wouldn't change a thing; its perfect level of crazy. We currently live in Oak Park, IL with our two dogs, Stella and Sam, cat Tucker and one fish, Hawk.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have traveled to Saugatuck every year both before and after having children. It was the perfect getaway for a relaxing week and, now with three kids, has so much to do for families. Our children love the beach, dune ride, duck boat and the numerous ice cream shops. In the winter, sledding on the dunes is a huge hit as well as the nearby ski resorts (not huge but great for a day trip). We began coming up more often every year as there was activities in all four seasons. We always rented homes so the kids could run around and we could make some meals at home. But renting every time we came up was getting expensive and since the town has become a home away from home it made sense to buy a place here.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

As soon as we walked into this home, we knew it was perfect for us. It has the perfect vacation home look and feel making it seem we are far further from Chicago than the 2 hours it takes us to get there. We loved the group of homes so they kids can walk/explore and we don't have to worry about cars. The Association pool is perfect for cooler/windy days at the beach or a swim after the beach. Jumping off the pier and swimming/playing on rafts in the lake is also great. We also loved the ability to ride bikes, off road, into town. Unique to the property versus all the other homes in the association is the large front yard and private back yard with a large, comfortable fire pit
