Guest Access:

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.

While renting a car is recommended for your convenience, you will find a supermarket within walking distance for your daily shopping.

Additionally, the area offers shops for your basic needs and souvenir shopping. Enjoy the tranquility and security of the complex, ideal for families and groups looking for a home base to explore the wonders of the Riviera Maya.



Getting Around:

To facilitate your travels, please be advised that there is a nearby supermarket, as well as shops and restaurants. However, due to the distances—even within the complex—we recommend using a private or rental car for greater comfort.



Regarding public transportation, there are bus options connecting to different parts of the city, though frequency and routes may vary.



The Cancun International Airport (CUN) is approximately 20 minutes away by car, depending on traffic. Parking is available for guests within the complex.



Other Things to Note:

To enter the largest pool (La Laguna) it is necessary to use a life jacket (you must bring your own). However, the condominium has 6 more pools that can be accessed without a vest.



Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.

For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
