Welcome to a stylish and cozy studio apartment, perfectly situated in the heart of Toronto. Ideal for traveling nurses, business travelers and vacationers, this modern retreat offers a blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury.

The open-concept living space is thoughtfully designed with contemporary furnishings, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Relax on the comfort of the bed, or the cozy accent chair and enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.

Workspace:
For those who need to get some work done, a dedicated workspace is available, complete with a desk and chair, providing a quiet and productive environment.

Kitchen:
The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. It’s stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare a delicious meal.

Bed:
The serene bed offers a plush Queen-sized bed with high-quality linens, and 100% Blackout curtains ensuring a restful sleep. Ample closet space is available for your belongings.

Bathroom:
The modern bathroom is well-appointed with a shower/tub combination, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries.

Balcony:
Step out onto the private balcony. It`s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a long day.

Entire unit

I will be available through the website until 9pm - 7 days a week.
● Check-in is after 3:00 pm
● Check out is at 11:00 am
● No shoes in the house
● Please do not drag luggage to avoid ruining the hardwood floor
● No food on the couch or in the bedrooms to not stain the sheets and linens
● No smoking, drugs, cannabis or illegal substances anywhere on the property. It will result in a $250 fine.
●We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
●Owners are extremely allergic and do not allow any type of pets inside the home.
●We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
● Must wash all dishes prior to leaving.
● Max number of people in the unit should be what is stated upon booking
●There is a $50 per guest per day fee for each undisclosed guest.
●There will be a 30$ convenience fee if we have to return forgotten items.
●No Amazon or any deliveries to be signed off with security are not permitted in building. (they will not release the package)
