Village at Palmetto Dunes 2 Bedroom Condo Just Steps from Beach Tennis and Golf

This comfortable condo has been a very special place for our family over the years. The location cannot be beat, as it is only steps away from the tennis and pickleball courts at Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, an award winning facility. It's also very close to the beach, bike/kayak rentals and the old-fashioned General Store, which we walk to each day for ice cream.

The condo is quite spacious with a family room, dining area with table and 4 chairs which is perfect for playing games or cards, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has 2 bedrooms (1 plus a loft bedroom) and 2 baths. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The Master bedroom is very large and has a King bed. The 2nd bedroom (loft) has two twin beds with the closet area on the main floor next to the bathroom. The only stairs are to the loft area everything else is on the main floor for easy handicap accessible. There are multiple tv's in the unit.

The condo is located on the lagoon for a perfect view of the water. The pool is just across from our condo and it is usually always peaceful and quiet. We love sitting in the jacuzzi in the late afternoons there!
If your family are tennis or pickelball enthusiasts the Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickelball facility is just steps away. The tennis courts are clay and the pickelball courts are state of the art with round robins running daily or you can rent your own court. The island is full of golf courses but you have the Robert Trent Jones course and practice facility right next door. The General Store has the best breakfasts and lunches if you don't feel like cooking for your self or want a snack. Besides all that, there are wonderful bike trails and great shopping nearby at Shelter Cove with free shuttle service from the Dunes house on the beach. Welcome to our little piece of paradise.
