Arbor Apartments at Arbor Flats offer comfortable 2-bedroom, 1-bath units designed for families, group travel, professionals, and medical guests. Each apartment includes a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and reliable Wi-Fi, making it suitable for short and mid-term stays with easy access to Houston’s major districts. These apartments are designed for comfort, privacy, and a restful stay after long days in Houston.

IMPORTANT: This is a multi-unit property. Your reservation may be assigned to any available 2-bedroom apartment in the building. All units offer the same layout, sleeping capacity, and amenities.

• Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees
• Report any maintenance issues promptly

12 PM – $25 | 2 PM – $45
Unauthorized late checkout: $25 per 30 minutes

Damage Deposit
A refundable $200 damage deposit is required per stay. It is collected and refunded through VRBO after checkout once the unit has been inspected. Bank processing times may vary.

House Rules (Strictly Enforced)

• No smoking indoors – $600 fine and reservation cancellation
• No parties or events – $1,000 fine
• Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM
• Accurate guest count required
• Government-issued ID required before check-in
• Rental agreement required
• No weapons, fireworks, or unapproved visitors
