Cette passionnante villa de deux chambres dans exclusive Pointe Milou offre une valeur exceptionnelle. Il dispose d'une piscine privée à débordement avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Nous avons un mélange de plantation classique et un décor indonésien. La villa comprend WiFi et la télévision par satellite. Villa Alizé est la villa parfaite pour les jeunes mariés ou les jeunes au coeur. Vous pourrez bronzer près de la piscine sur nos chaises longues et profiter de la vue spectaculaire coucher de soleil sur l'océan. Regardez les voiliers et les oiseaux tropicaux passent. Profitez de la brise. Oubliez la maison.

Well worth the wait !

Our first attempt to stay here in 2020 was disrupted by Covid, but we finally made to this island gem and it was well worth the wait !! We found the Villa to have one of the best views on the island. It was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. We easily could've spent the whole day here with the ideal layout of the villa, the fantastic sunset, and great private pool. Communication with the owner was great. Phillip met us at the airport and we followed him to the Villa where he spent extra time showing us how to get around St Barths as there was some road construction being performed on the island. The Villa was very clean, nice beds, efficient A/C, well thought out entertainment set up and very nice open seating area in which to relax. There are some stairs you walk down from where you park so just be aware of them. The plus of that is the Villa is off the main road a little and feels more intimate. We loved all the tropical foliage and plants as well. We really felt like we were away from it all. Thanks John for the refund during the covid crisis and the chance to book again and stay at your great Villa. We really hope we have the opportunity to stay here again !!

DRAMATIC VIEW

The house is nice, with a dramatic view, in a nice district. The house is well equipped, quite old school decorated but with a touch of Caribbean style. It was renovated, with air conditioning and fan. The garden is luxuriant. The pool is hot, with a nice view. The place is quiet. The 2 bedrooms are well equipped, and the kitchen also is. The only small flaw is about the living room, it's an open air place, and the sofa is not comfortable enough. It's could be more cosy to be the perfect place to chill during the evening.

Beautiful villa in Pointe Milou

Overall the property was very comfortable, private and as-advertised. It’s not fancy, but very practical and comfortable. The only small issue we experienced was with the outdoor living space and mosquitoes but it was tolerable most of the time.

Immaculate villa in Pointe Milou with gorgeous view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The villa is beautiful, clean, and well equipped. We absolutely love the location in Pointe Milou. We loved watching the sunsets beside the pool-the view is unparalleled. The open shared area with a large awning is perfect for those who want to be outdoors and enjoy the view but desire some shade. The pool and pool deck offers plenty of sun. The owner (John) is very accommodating, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The one small challenge was the parking. Two couples stayed in the villa and we each had a vehicle. There were times that it was challenging finding parking in front of the villa but we were able to find something down the street a little bit. There's a fair amount of construction on the road the villa is located so perhaps that is just a temporary issue. We had a wonderful trip, love the villa, and look forward to going back! Highly recommend.

Gorgeous Views with indoor outdoor living

We had a lovely stay with our 2 teenaged daughters. We enjoyed the large pool and indoor outdoor living. The bedrooms had nice AC to retreat to in the evening. The views were lovely and the kitchen very well outfitted. Only complaint is that the mosquitoes were pretty aggressive. The owner and manager were very responsive and called in to have the villa sprayed every other day. I just think there had been a lot of rain and the property is quite lush which made for a nice habitat for the mosquitoes. As the rainy season ends, I imagine the problem will resolve itself with treatments and dryer weather,

Loved it. There were two of us, and it was cozy and comfortable. Great location, with great sunsets and proximity to the new luxury version of the Hotel Christopher, with great dining. Location, Pointe Mileu, is our favorite spot on the island.

Alize is perfect

I have been to the island several times, but this was my first stay at Alize. I can not imagine wanting to stay anywhere else after our week at the villa. Point Milieu has outstanding views and this villa is no exception. Beautiful sunsets and close enough to the water to hear the waves while floating in the pool. And the pool is just perfect. Very clean and well maintained. The grounds are just beautiful. Plenty of parking right in front of the villa. The bathrooms are very nice and roomy. We cooked several meals and the kitchen is perfect and has everything you need. You never know what to expect when you pull the lid off a Weber grill, but this one was spotless. Everything worked as you would expect it to. Wifi worked perfectly. The bedroom was very comfortable and the ac would get it as cold as you could want it. Beach chairs, beach towels and coolers were provided. Rebecca, the housekeeper, was awesome. I just can't think of anything negative to say about it. We will certainly stay there again.

great spot for long term st barts visitor

very good layout to give privacy for each room. the kitchen is functional and the view is better than expected. the maid could not be more helpful. understandable no kids policy and heat from afternoon sun are only minor setbacks. winning villa.

Tranquility, privacy and lovely views.

This villa has amazing views and a fantastic pool. We have stayed on the island for many years in many different villas. This one is now among our favorites for the location and privacy. We loved every second we spent is this little corner of paradise and look forward to returning again soon.

Beautiful view, great pool!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful property! The layout is perfect to enjoy stunning views of this island and the surrounding waters. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Rebecca (the housekeeper) kept everything clean and supplied for our week. She told us about iguanas that live in foliage nearby, but we were disappointed that we didn't see them all week:) This is a great place to spend a week relaxing. We only wish we could stay longer.

Fantastic St. Bart's villa vacation

Gorgeous hillside villa above The Christopher Hotel with the best view in St. Barts. 3 elegant bedrooms, 2 with views. Large infinity pool. Nice little kitchen. Very helpful and sweet maid. Concierge service from Alain guiding us in our rental car from airport to villa at start of trip and taking us back to airport (helped carry bags, too) was wonderful. Owner forwarded us a great Tip Sheet suggesting beaches to visit, restaurants to try - was perfect. We were 4 - husband, wife, 2 adult children. Excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Fabulous honeymoon in St. Barths!

Thank you for a wonderful honeymoon in beautiful St. Barths and in this lovely villa! The villa was exactly as depicted in the photos and met all of our expectations. The pool and view were spectacular! We loved having the kitchen to make breakfast, snacks, and drinks and also enjoyed grilling on the BBQ. It was wonderful to have the freedom to explore different parts of the island each day, as well as just kick back and relax at the villa. Everything was perfect!

A perfect property - everything you could need

Absolutely recommend this villa. It was perfectly located, well priced, clean, comfortable, we couldn't find a single fault with it. Wonderful view! It's everything you could need to enjoy your stay on SBH. Notes: There are steps going to the villa so if you can manage a flight of stairs this might not be the right place for you. There is a charcoal grill, not gas. Beds are queen size but they are very comfortable and the rooms are large enough that you don't feel closed in. Villa gets a fair amount of sun in the late afternoon (which we enjoyed). Staff is very helpful especially housekeeper Rebecca. You won't be disappointed with your stay here.

Love Villa Alizé

You won't want to miss any sunsets at this beautiful 2bedroom 2 bath villa. Dramatic views of St Barths and St Maarten in the distance abound from this well appointed villa. Enjoy breakfast poolside made from its very useful kitchen. Located just above Hotel Christopher, it's like your part of the hotel. When I was there, the hotel offered a pass to the gym for €100 per week. We enjoyed this villa's location and amenities so much that it was our 2nd time renting the same place and we plan on coming back for even more time next year!
