With seven bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and a powder room, the home provides ample space for everyone to spread out across three distinct living levels. The layout is centered around convenience and accessibility, featuring a four-stop elevator and off-street parking for five vehicles to ensure a seamless arrival and stay.
The ground floor serves as an entertainment hub, featuring a master king ensuite and a unique king/bunk room "pod" designed specifically for young families. The rear of this level opens into a magnificent outdoor oasis, where you will find a heated inground pool with a sundeck and spa, a covered cabana with a grill, and a lounging deck centered around an outdoor fireplace. Inside, a family room with a kitchenette and a large laundry area provides easy access to these amenities, along with a powder room accessible from both the interior and the pool deck.
On the second floor, the home transitions into a grand open-concept living space highlighted by a gourmet kitchen equipped with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. Designed for hosting, the expansive kitchen island seats seven, while the formal dining table accommodates twelve. Guests can enjoy meals on the screened-in front porch or retreat to the adult game room, which opens to a deck overlooking the pool. With beach tags, chairs, bikes, and kayaks provided, this retreat offers everything needed to slow down, recharge, and create lasting memories by the sea.
