New listing to the 2026 season .
Situated right on the water, our spacious, architect-designed home offers spectacular views of nearby islands and the ocean in every season. The cathedral ceiling and open floor plan unite the large kitchen, dining and living areas on the main level. Our home accommodates 6-8 comfortably with four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Expansive windows give every room a nearly 180 degree view. A lower-level living area allows for work or quiet retreat, art studio or kids get-away, and a walk-out patio.
Bedrooms:
On the main level, the primary bedroom and ensuite bath feature a king bed and expansive ocean views. Three ocean-view bedrooms and a full bath are on the lower level: one king; one queen; one bunk.The bunkroom is best suited for one adult or two children. The king beds can be converted to two twin beds, upon request.
Bathrooms;
Three full baths: one ensuite with primary bedroom; a full bath (with stall shower) also on the main level; full bath (with tub & shower) on the lower level.
Kitchen and Dining;
The fully equipped kitchen, large enough to accommodate more than one chef, opens to the dining area. A spotting scope on the kitchen counter enhances enjoyment of wildlife and boating activity! Dining table accommodates 8 guests.
Living Area;
Primary living area flows from the dining area, and out to the deck. A second informal living area on the walk-out lower level allows for separate activities and outdoor access.
Outdoor Space;
The house sits on approximately 1 acre, partially wooded, with access to over 100 feet of shoreline. Our large outdoor deck encourages easy gathering and is equipped with a propane grill. Bring (or rent) kayaks and paddle from the shoreline out to nearby islands or into Tenants Harbor and beyond. Our shoreline is rocky and is great for curious kids to explore the rocks and tidal pools. Abundant birdlife from Osprey and Bald Eagles to a wide array of song birds and shorebirds are frequent visitors.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the full home. Entrance comes in at-mid level, with short stair cases up and down to living areas. The walk-out lower level entrance leads directly to the front lawn and ocean-front.

- Drift Inn Beach, on the way to Port Clyde, is an easy drive and a fabulous place to swim, build sand castles and watch the changing tides.
- A short drive south to Port Clyde offers Marshall Point Lighthouse, the ferry to Monhegan Island, and a few small shops and galleries.
- An easy drive north to Thomaston, Rockland and Camden offers excellent shopping, eateries, lobster shacks, galleries and the Farnsworth Museum.
