Plan your OBX vacation at this delightful property that has been well-maintained and decorated to keep vacationing guests comfortable and relaxed. Bring the family dogs (40-lbs or less per dog; 2 pets max.) so they can enjoy a beach vacation too! A large community pool with a kiddie pool is walking distance from this home. The Currituck Club offers free beach trolley service to/from the beach access which is approximately a half mile away.

TOP LEVEL:
The large Great Room encompasses the living area and dining area that has a table that will seat 6 guests. A fully-equipped kitchen has a bar counter that can seat 3 more guests. Enjoy your morning beverage on the covered front deck that is off the kitchen. On the other side of the room, sliding doors lead to a sun deck with a picnic table for outside dining with plenty of chairs to sit and talk with family. There is a half bath on this level near the kitchen. The King Master Suite has a tiled shower in its private master bath. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

ENTRY LEVEL:
There are 3 bedrooms on this level. A Queen Master Suite has a tile shower in its master bath. A Queen bedroom shares the hall bath (shower/tub combo) with the third bedroom that has 2 Twin beds. A door from the Queen bedroom leads to the outside stairs down to the ground level where an outside shower is available to shower off after visiting the beach. A hot tub is located on the back patio area behind a privacy fence and picnic table for enjoying outdoor snacks. The garage has been turned into a game area with a Ping Pong and Foosball tables. There is parking for 2-3 vehicles in the driveway.

EXTRAS:
In season, the Magnolia Bay section has a full-size pool and a kiddie pool for the little ones plus tennis courts with pickleball lines. As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier gated community, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access, beach valet, Clubhouse with on-site dining, large community pool with kiddie pool, Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, and volleyball! There are planned kids activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play on the 18-hole course, landscaped throughout this resort, with sound and ocean views.
