This is a beautiful, private and secure home in a quiet and safe neighborhood with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a beautiful and private waterfall pool, billiard/pool table, full kitchen, enclosed and gated balcony with ample free off-street parking as well as free outdoor parking.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home.

Our home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, where you will find refuge from the noise and chaos of the world, a sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation. With convenient and easy access to major thoroughfares for stress free day trips, beach days and great shopping!

This home is located 10 min from the international airport (SJU), beautiful beaches, great restaurants and shopping malls. There are various supermarkets and grocery stores close by as well!
