Sweet Escapes: 10 Mins From Disney! 3rd Level Unit in Windsor Palms Resort
Sweet Escapes is a peaceful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium located in the highly sought after Windsor Palms Resort! Located just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, this third-floor unit has a full kitchen, living room, laundry area, and a balcony that features breath-taking views of the resort! Guests have free access to Windsor Palms many amenities, such as the community pool, tennis court, arcade, clubhouse, movie theatre and more! Come and relax with your family at Sweet Escapes!
When guests first walk into the unit, off to the left side of the entryway is the laundry area behind the accordian doors. There is a washer, dryer, and laundry detergent provided.
Straight ahead from the entryway is the kitchen. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, and a refrigerator. There is also a dishwasher and pantry where guests can store dry goods. There are also smaller appliances in the kitchen like a toaster and coffee maker.
The living room is in the center of the unit. There are two couches, a large coffee table, a TV, and a TV console that has a bin with books. There are also lamps in the living room to provide addtional lighting. Its also in close proximity to the balcony. The balcony overlooks the parking lot to the neighboring condo buildings.
The master bedroom is located towards the front end of the condo. It features a king sized bed, two nightstands, a large dresser, a TV, and a wall mirror. The closet in the bedroom is not available to guests, as it is used as an owner's closet by the homeowners. Attatched to the master bedroom is the master bathroom. This bathroom has a bathtub/shower, a toilet, and a sink and vanity. There is hand soap provided and bar soap. The shower head is a removable one. There are towels in this bathroom however additional towels are located in the closet in the hallway closest to the kids bedroom.
The back end of the unit has the remaining two bedrooms and the second bathroom. The bedroom off to the left is the kid's bedroom. This serene kids area features two twin beds, a dresser, lamp, a TV and a decent sized closet. This room has Stitch blankets or Minecraft blankets, depending on the rotation of the laundry in between guests.
The second bathroom is in the middle between the two bedrooms. This bathroom has a bathtub/shower, a toilet and a sink and vanity. There is hand soap and a bar soap provided to guests. This bathroom also has towels on display, however there are additional towels located in the towel closet in the hallway closest to the kids bedroom. The shower head is also a removable one.
The final bedroom off to the right of the hallway is the queen bedroom. This bedroom features a queen sized bed, two nightstands, a dresser, a TV and a nice sized closet.
Every guest is to follow the checkout procedure that is implemented in the house. Failure to follow the checkout list and the house rules results in losing the $400 security deposit. This is the checkout list:
1. Bag up ALL the garbage in the house, including the bathroom waste cans, and set it in the trashcan(s) outside.
2. Strip all the sheets, comforters, and pillowcases off all the beds THAT WERE USED DURING YOUR STAY and start the first load of towels. Please leave the mattress protectors on the beds unless they have been soiled.
3. Load the dishwasher and start it with all the dirty dishes used.
MDHCS Vacation Rentals fully commits to Airbnb's five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on Airbnbâs cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts. MDHCS Vacation Rentals utilizes their sister company, Mid-Dakota Handyman and Cleaning Service, for all of the cleaning, sanitizing, maintenance and repairs of all our vacation properties, including Tranquility Villa. Mid-Dakota Handyman and Cleaning have thoroughly studied and utilized Airbnb's five-step enhanced cleaning process to help you and your family feel comfortable while staying with us. All of the bedding in the house that's used, including the comforters and quilts, are all washed and sanitized before the next guests come in. High contact areas such as remotes, light switches, door knobs, kitchen appliances, etc. are all cleaned and sanitized using products recommended by experts. The bathrooms are meticulously cleaned and disinfected, and the toilets are even given a sanitization seal across the seat. Our cleaners wear masks when they go in to clean the home, and wear the proper protective gear required of them. The home is also sprayed down with a disinfectant spray multiple times throughout the cleaning and sanitizing process, while also airing the house out as much as possible by opening windows and doors. MDHCS Vacation Rentals and Mid-Dakota Handyman and Cleaning Service comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.
About MDHCS Vacation Rentals: MDHCS Vacation Rentals is a family owned and run property management company that opened in May 2020. We manage and book 16 properties in the Central Florida area, with 14 of them residing in the Windsor Palms Resort. MDHCS is the sister company of Mid-Dakota Handyman and Cleaning Service, a maintenance and handyman company that also works alongside MDHCS by providing the repairs, cleanings and the occasional remodeling of the vacation homes.
