The space

Step inside to an inviting, light-filled interior with coastal touches throughout. The first floor, with its eleven foot ceilings and travertine floor throughout, has an open design for complete comfort and luxury. The custom kitchen has thick granite counters, double ovens, gas cook top and a large built in Sub-Zero refrigerator. The travertine floor extends outside to the patio and surrounds the private hot tub and pool. There you will also find comfortable lounge chairs, a grill and outdoor table, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The upstairs has mahogany floors throughout and features three ensuite bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed, a reading nook and an adjoining large balcony that looks out on lush palm trees. The large guest room has a king bed and occupies a separate wing in the house. The third bedroom has twin beds and a desk, in case you need to get any work done. The custom tiled showers in each of the ensuite bathrooms are equipped with double shower heads and frameless glass doors. Washer and dryer are located in a separate space on this floor for your convenience.
