Community boardwalk to the beach. Campground charcoal grills, picnic tables. Playground, Pool. Basketball, cornhole and horseshoes. Elevator to entry balcony.

Parking for 2 vehicles, first come first serve. Overflow lot is across the street if you arrive and no spots are free at the building.



Property Level

We are a one story condo on the third level of building 3.

Open Floor plan with kitchen-living-dining ocean view.

Living Room: Oceanfront balcony with Polywood pub vignette, Sectional Sofa, Soft side chair, wall mounted smart TV, ceiling fan.

Dining: Dining Table seats 4, counter seating seats 2.

Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, refrigerator-freezer, electric glass top range, microwave, stainless sink with high arc faucet.

Private Entrance off balcony.

Primary Bedroom Suite: Oceanfront view! Doors to oceanfront balcony. Queen bed, dresser, wall mount TV, ceiling fan, ensuite bath.

Ensuite Bathroom: Shower with spray wand shower head, pedestal vanity, toilet.

Guest Bedroom: twin over double bunkbed with additional twin trundle. Wall mounted TV

Shared Hallway Bath: bathtub and shower with spray wand shower head. Toilet. Single, solid surface top vanity.



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds.



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check-out is by 10 am.

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.



Guest Access: self check in with electronic code.



House Rules:

- No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities

- No smoking inside, outside, or in common areas downstairs

- You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.



Pet Policy: No pets allowed.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail.
