This great place is in the heart of it all, a few blocks from the Condado strip, Ocean Park beach, and Calle Loiza’s foodie/nightlife scene! This four-story three bedroom, two bath unit is perfect for enjoying everything PR has to offer!

It boasts a living/eating space on the first floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second, a generous main bedroom, private bath, and spacious terrace on the third, and a rooftop with an amazing 360° view of the ocean, mountains, and city of San Juan!

The space
This apartment offers plenty of room for 3 couples to enjoy privacy and great indoor and outdoor socializing space. The kitchen is stocked with all the equipment you need to prepare meals, or you can venture out to one of the many wonderful local coffee shops, restaurants, lounges, and bars nearby, and we will provide you with a list of our favorites for you to try!
You won’t need to bring much else beyond your clothing, personal toiletries, and bathing suit to enjoy your trip.

We offer a great set of amenities including bath and beach towels, personal care products (shampoo/conditioner/body wash), beach chairs and a cooler, a washer/dryer, basic herbs/spices, local Puerto Rican coffee, and more to make your stay comfortable and convenient!


IMPORTANT NOTE:

Given that this apartment is on the top floor of a 3-story walkup building and within the apartment itself there are spiral stairs connecting the four floors, this unit is not suitable for toddlers, babies, or people with mobility issues/who are handicapped.

ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

This apartment is located in the sweet spot between Condado, Ocean Park, and Santurce. Take a short walk through Ocean Park, which offers one of the most beloved local beaches with a vibrant and fun scene, including some good options for lunch on or near the beach. Ocean Park also features Calle Loiza, which is bustling with cafes, local shops, restaurants, clubs, and lounges. The Condado strip is also walking distance. This is a popular tourist area, home to some of Puerto Rico’s most elegant hotels, lovely shops, restaurants, and things to do. Santurce is home to some amazing museums and art galleries, and the famous nightlife areas of La Placita del Mercado and Calle Cerra, both just a short Uber drive from the apartment.

In addition, you will be about 10 minutes by car from Old San Juan and all the important historical sites, bars, restaurants, stores, and people-watching, 10 minutes from the best mall in the Caribbean- Plaza Las Americas, 15 minutes from Piñones, 35 minutes from El Yunque, 50 minutes from the amazing Luquillo beach and food kiosks, and about 1 hour from Fajardo, where you can take great day cruises for snorkeling, scuba diving, or just beaching and partying!

PARKING:

If you are planning on renting a vehicle, assigned parking is included in the rental. Otherwise, Ubers are plentiful and easy to use within the metro area.

Guest access
You will have the entire unit, including rooftop access! Please use common sense on the rooftop, and do not allow children up there without supervision. Usage of the roof is at your own risk.

The apartment is set up to allow you to relax and feel at home while enjoying your time in La Isla Del Encanto! Upon your arrival, you will find bath amenities including artisanal soaps, and all the information you'll need to plan a fantastic vacation.

Important note for hurricane season! Technically this apartment this apartment’s cancellation policy is 30 days. However, we understand that if a hurricane is coming to Puerto Rico, people might not want to travel. Therefore, for any bookings from September 1 to November 1, if there is a serious threat of a hurricane and you don’t want to come at that time, we would be happy to move your reservation to another date without any penalty. In other words, you can reschedule your vacation without losing any money with us!!!
