Other things to note
This is a ground level unit in a four-unit building. Pool is heated to 83 degrees. Florida is a tropical environment, and occasional insects or bugs may be present despite regular pest control. The pool is shared with other guests and is not private. Quiet hours apply in the evenings out of respect for neighbors. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit.
