Si vous cherchez Ă  vous dĂ©tendre et apprendre le vrai sens du terme "Keys Time" que vous recherchez dans la zone de droite! Parfois, je descends et vous dĂ©tendre sur l'eau et d'autres que je suis paddleboarding, kayak, pĂȘche, plongĂ©e sous-marine, etc. Il est l'incarnation de la vĂ©ritable soulagement mental.

Ma maison est idéalement situé au Mile Marker 89. Il est l'unité de l'étage seulement. Le bas ne sont pas disponibles à la location. Les unités sont séparées avec là propre entrée privée. Si vous envisagez de mettre votre bateau génial! Ils sont les bienvenus, je dois beaucoup de stationnement dans la résidence.

Il y a place pour votre bateau et les bateaux de plaisance avec 45 pieds d'espace de quai disponible dans ce canal en eau profonde cependant, vous aurez besoin de le charger Ă  une rampe local. La rampe et la piscine la plus proche est Ă  Founders Park (MM 87).
Founders Park propose activitĂ© ou de dĂ©tente pour toute la famille. Une piscine de taille olympique avec zone de plongĂ©e, une plage d'eau peu profonde, l'eau de vacances sportives, des terrains de balle, ponton de pĂȘche, la pĂ©tanque, des courts de tennis et de basket, parcours vita avec 18 stations d'exercice, piste multifonctionnelle, skate park et le parc de chien tous sont dans le parc de 40 acres. Peuvent ĂȘtre payantes. Mais sĂ©rieusement, si vous ĂȘtes dans les Keys ... pas de piscine ... ... GO Ă  la plage ou sur l'eau!

Florida Bay est Ă  quelques minutes avec un tour sur le canal de la tĂȘte. marina Waterfront ou Ă©picerie est disponible pour alimenter et les appĂąts dans le bassin du canal de la tĂȘte. Vous ĂȘtes invitĂ©s Ă  pĂȘcher Ă  partir du quai. Je dois une station de nettoyage de poissons disponibles. Vous verrez tous les types de la vie de la mer dans notre canal.
Vous pouvez marcher Ă  une Ă©picerie locale pour les fournitures. Les gens sympas Ă  Payfair vous prĂ©parer des sous-marins dĂ©licieux et enveloppez-les pour le refroidisseur. Ils sont Ă©galement connus pour ĂȘtre l'une des meilleures boucheries de la rĂ©gion. Ils ont toujours une trĂšs belle sĂ©lection de viandes si vous ne surprenez votre dĂźner! ;) Ou vous pouvez marcher sur l' 'Craig Restaurant' pour le petit dĂ©jeuner / dĂ©jeuner / dĂźner. Assurez-vous que vous essayez le fameux sandwich au YUM de poisson !! J'espĂšre avoir de vos nouvelles bientĂŽt.

Tresa was great to work with.Very attentive and responded quickle when we had to contact her. Additionally, she handled the small issue we encountered immediately and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a great one.

FL Keys House

House and host were great but the fridge didn’t work, no lights in the fans worked, the cleaning people put the towels in the bedroom dresser drawer (we had to search for them) instead of under the bathroom sink, my son said the 2nd bedroom bed was “not good”, the kitchen was missing a strainer and measuring cups. Sounds like I’m dogging on the house but really all of these issues are easily corrected.

Wonderful vacation

Beautiful, clean upstairs condo. Easily accessible to restaurants and the ocean (best fish sandwich at Captain Graig’s right across the street); was able to keep our 32 foot Edgewater boat in the canal behind the condo; nest AC kept it nice and cool when return back after hot days, property manager Tresa was amazing to work with; definitely will be returning!!

Great Location for Fishermen

The property had everything we needed to get to the fishing in the Tavernier/Islamorada area. We had boat docking in a deep canal with direct access to the Florida Bay (Gulf of Mexico) and a short ride to the ocean via Tavernier Creek. A manatee and her calf occupied the canal which was fun to watch but we needed to be cautious with the boat not to injure the animals. Bait shops, grocery stores and restaurants are close by. The lodging was clean and comfortable. The rental is on the second story so be ready and fit to climb some stairs. Tresa was a great host and we had a great stay.

Wonderful host and very accommodating. The house is nice and well taken care of,m.

I loved everything about our stay other then the cleaning company really dropped the ball. Linens were stopped from beds and left laying on the floor (dirty) in front of the washing machine, dust/dirt on the floor, etc. We had to rush around late at night to get laundry detergent to wash the linens so we could sleep as well as spent 2 hours cleaning the house and disinfecting due to the poor job done by the cleaning agency. The house was in great shape and well taken care of. The host was great and very accommodating. I would definitely be willing to stay there again as long as the cleaning is more thourough.

Easy access to property with a restaurant across the alley. Shopping was just down the road. Quiet area with no traffic. House was very accommodating. There wasn't really anything we didn't like about the property and our stay there.

Awesome place and location

My son and I and my father in law came down from Michigan and brought our boat with us to enjoy some scuba diving. Staying at Tresa’s place made our experience that much more enjoyable. We were able to dock our boat right behind where we were staying. And when we would arrive from a long day out on the water, we were able to dock our boat and walk right into where we were staying to cool off. Tresa’s place is very nice and very clean. It is in a location that is close to every where we needed to be at as well. She was easy to communicate with and helped make our experience that much better.

Scuba diving trip

Here from Wisconsin for a fall diving trip. While I worked remotely, my husband enjoyed diving. Tresa was absolutely a dream to work with. Any questions I had were responded to within minutes. The property is well maintained and has everything you need. Absolutely would stay here again. Thanks.

Perfect location

We loved our stay at this property. The owners were friendly, helpful and great at communicating. The location is perfect. You can walk across the street to eat at a locally owned restaurant, get a visitors pass to Founder's Park, you're close to a grocery store, pharmacy, local shops and restaurants. You'll even see a few manatee swim up to the dock. We had the best trip, and will be booking future trips to stay at this property.

Great Keys Experience

Spent Jan here. House was perfect for my husband and me. Balcony overlooking canal excellent for watching manatees and other marine life. My husband fished nearly every day from patio. Nice neighbors. Grocery store and Craig's restaurant within walking distance. Plan to return next year 😊

Amazing Month!!!

We arrived on July 8th and began a month we will never forget. The accommodations were wonderful, island theme, as expected. The balcony was well used for all meals for the most part, but seating inside was available. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment for cooking needs, roomy fridge, dishwasher (but never used) and breakfast bar. It was used for my computer to do some business while there. The canal was great feature. We had the opportunity to watch green herons be fed and learn to fly, iguanas were plentiful (locals don't like them) and we enjoyed them, had a manatee come in twice and we "watered" them and even saw 2 nurse sharks. Being a Facebook fool for fun stuff, and loving my iPhone/Camera, captured all on it and friends so enjoyed our trip along with us. Thank you Anne and Joe PS going back!!!

Great location convnient for boat owners

The location is perfect! We spend the moth of June and had our boat which was a perfect amenity to have the house accommodate our "water toys" as well as the restaurant across the street cook our catch. Safe and friendly neighborhood. The house has everything you need so don't over pack, all you need is your swimsuit, shorts, flip-flops and sunblock. Friendly owners and daily Manatee visits...

An amazing place and amazing location

The pictures dont do this house justice. Very nice layout and everything you need is already there. This was our first vbro rental and this was the best case senario, a very nice house better than described with everything so nearby that you can walk to most places yet had a smalltown feel. I would recommend this jewel to anyone. My wife enjoyed the manatees the most out of everything we did in the 10 days we were there. They showed up at random right off of the private dock. Jerry

Fantastic Location

What a great find. Quiet spot but close enough to many activities. Snorkeling at John Pennekamp was fun, breakfast at Made 2 Order, and dinner at Islamd Grill was good. As previous renter mentioned, we also had visitors..... Manatees almost every day in the canal. You can launch your boat at Founders Park (but no PWC) and an ok beach. I would recommend the beach at Harry Harris park just 2 miles North. The owners whom we met at the tail end of the trip were extremely friendly. We will be back!

Salt Life 2014

I wanted to take the time to let the owners know what a wonderful time we all had staying at their place in the beautiful Florida Keys. We were fortunate enough to meet both Anna and Joe towards the end of our stay. They are great people. This home is located in the perfect spot because it allows you to access all points of interest in the Florida Keys really quick. The beaches are outstanding and not far. Same goes with the fishing you can access both the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic. Perfect spot to stay if you are a diver or snorkeler. Like others have mentioned the dock is ideal if you are traveling with a boat. I would stay here again and again no complaints.

Excellent for boaters!

If you are looking for a place to keep your boat while you vacation, this place is perfect! We have a 33' foot Hydra-Sport Express and the boat parking was perfect! Clean and well furnished. The apt is located in a convenient spot and it's in a great location if you want to sport or fish around in Islamorada, and the surrounding keys. A great restaurant is right across the street too!

The upstairs unit was clean and well furnished. Islemorada is a good central location in the keys. We had manatees and tarpon in the canal by the home every day. There was good parking for our vehicle and boat. Overall we had a great vacation.

Had a great time at their home. The owners treated us like their own family. It is close to everything, great location! The canal behind the house you can see manatee, dolphin and of course iguanas. Lot's of fun!

Enjoy my Florida Keys Home - Welcome to my paradise, I am Joe - in the blue shirt - with Brother in Law - who helps me with the house, we are on the boat on the channel around the corner. I was born in Chicago and moved to Ohio at a young age. I love the ocean and was very lucky that my mom lived in Deerfield Beach FL, and was able to start snorkeling, diving and fishing at a very young age. When I graduated from high school I joined the Navy which allowed me to dive all over the world which was a great experience but the reefs in the keys are as nice as any that I have had the opportunity to see. After the Navy I moved to south Florida and would drive to the keys every other weekend. I have dove from Merritt Island FL to Key West. I have always had the dream to own a house in the Keys and this is my dream come true.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I picked this location because I find it the best of all worlds for diving/fishing/water sports/dining/bar hoping and just a laid back all around perfect area to be in. It is a 2 story house with the upstairs and downstairs totally separated I use the downstairs on weekends when I get the chance. So I might get the opportunity to meet you. Come fall in love with Plantation Key as I did.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The house conveniently located directly behind Craig’s Restaurant and Payfair Supermarket. My normal routine is to wake up make a bloody mary and walk over to Payfair to get our subs for the boat, go out on the water for the day and when I come home I obviously don’t feel like cooking so I just walk across the street to Captain Craig’s and grab an awesome dinner. I love it!!
