Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that several aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. While I’m certainly not saying there weren’t spider webs or debris on the porches, the owners had actually been at the cabin just days before your arrival replacing the screened porch panels and cleaning up the covered porch area. Our cleaning team also tends to the outdoor spaces between guests, but being in the mountains, spiders, insects, pollen, and dirt can unfortunately return very quickly. I’m also sorry I didn’t offer to have the cleaners come out and change the linens. We weren’t contacted about these concerns until the last day of your stay, otherwise we would have gladly addressed them during your visit. We have since spoken with our cleaning company regarding your feedback. We had been hoping to repair the vintage pinball machine, but unfortunately sourcing the necessary repairs proved unsuccessful. The owners have since removed it and replaced it with Golden Tee and Ms. Pac-Man arcade games. We were also unaware that construction had begun next door until your stay. Now that we know, we’ll be communicating that with future guests and providing sound machines and earplugs to help minimize any disruption. We appreciate you sharing your experience and giving us the opportunity to make improvements. 🪶❤️
