The space
The location: located in the heart of Ipanema, between the ocean and the lake. Lots of restaurants, services, shopping street within 2 blocks.

The building: 24- hour doorman. Double gated. Apartment is on the 10th floor. 6 elevators.

The space: Most of the apartment was reimagined and remodeled in 2024. The kitchen and new bathroom were fitted with luxory items, including Calacatta counter and sink, cooktop shipped from Europe, designer metals and mixers. 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 full bathrooms. Netflix included. As a rarity for South- Zone apartments, both bedrooms, living room and the master bathroom with lots of natural light. 65 square meters/700 square feet in total.

Your sleep is valued: There are triple glazed sound proof windows in the bedrooms and in the living room. There are custom made blackout & voile curtains on trail. The aircons are quieter than a library and can be operated without display lights at night. The beds are fitted with quality bed linen, firm pillows and premium mattresses.

Home Office: 500 mbps high speed internet. Desk, padded chair, sockets, light.

Elevated Hygiene: Free washer-dryer inside the unit with hot water. This is rare in Rio. Due to the 110v power system, washing machines use only cold water. Hot water in the in the master bathroom from a proper gas boiler.

Air conditioning: High efficiency, dual inverter aircos that use 70% less energy. Elevated safety: 220v was brought into the apartment. Portable aircon in the kitchen/living room.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen. Microwave, toaster, blender, electric kettle. Vertical vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and clothes drying rack.

Feels like home: Its not a place set up for commercial airbnb but a place I have carefully put together, where you can feel really comfortable and at home. I manage the place myself, working with hand picked and tested staff on the ground. We pay attention to detail and quality. Smart door lock with custom code.

Visitors: The building management does not allow guests to receive visitors.

Public trasport: metro station General Osorio (Lines 1 and 4) 800 meters far.

Check-in: any time after 15h (3pm). NO extra fees for late check- in.
Check- out: latest at 11 am.

This apartment is not a good fit for guests who smoke, need a parking space, want to sleep with the window open.
