This villa is of exceptional quality and lovingly furnished and can accommodate 6 people.

It is in a quiet area in the south-west of Cape Coral, right on a freshwater canal that invites you to a small excursion with kayaks or stand-up paddle boards. Kayak and stand-up paddle board are part of the house and are at your disposal.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and is billed according to consumption and collected on site at check-out.

The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable American king-size or queen-size beds and each has its own TV. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the pool. There is also a den, which can be used with a comfortable sofa bed (queen size), as a children's room (max. 2 children) or for an adult. This room can also be used as a place of retreat for work or as a baby room. A foldable baby bed is available for our little guests.

The spacious dining area with open modern kitchen, has all modern appliances and is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, such as Nespresso machine, milk frother and waffle iron. The kitchen has a two-part work surface and can also be used for dining. With bar stools as seating, another possibility for eating or working was created.

In the living area, which has a large TV, an electric fireplace underneath and optical light effects, we invite all our guests to stay and relax. Here the high-quality and comfortable couch corner offers the center of relaxation. Somewhat separately, you have the possibility to dine at a comfortable dining table with 6 chairs or to spend an evening playing games.

From the living-dining area, as well as from two of the bedrooms you reach the Lanai / Terraces and Pool/Spa area, with a dining area. Here you will find another table with 6 chairs, but also a gas barbecue invites you to enjoy the perfect US-BBQ. Four sun loungers invite you to relax, the spa offers you the opportunity to spend an hour or two relaxing, and in the directly connected pool you can let your soul dangle.

Smoking is not permitted in this villa.

Pets are allowed in this Vacation rental. Pet fee: $230 / stay. Please contact us in advance.
On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.
