This 2 Br villa is located in Arrowhead Court inside Kingston Resort. Elevator access to the second floor will offer easy entry. This condo is fully renovated with the special touches of a professional decorator. You'll appreciate the new living room TV, sofa bed, plus fully stocked kitchen. This wonderful condo features a King bed en-suite and 2 Twin beds in the secondary bedroom. You'll find tons of sunlight streaming through the primary bedroom windows. A sliding glass door leads you to a large screened-in porch, complete with new outdoor furniture and ceiling fan.
Relax by the pool or take a quick walk across the boardwalk to the beach. The lake is right there at your feet and the view is so picturesque it instantly tugs at you to sit down, grab a cup of coffee or cocktail, and just breathe. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).
Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Arrowhead Court is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, a private swimming pool, and a winding sidewalk with a 5 minute walk to the beach.
Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool tickets).
Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

Arrowhead Court has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful surroundings and easy beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and sea fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the lakeside setting from the balcony.
