Welcome to this fabulous lakefront house with amazing views of Boltz lake. With four bedrooms, including three queen beds and a cozy bunk bed, there’s plenty of space for guests to spread out. The home sits on 15 private acres with beautiful views of Boltz lake (100AC lake) with a private dock with Kayaks and fishing. Plenty of amenities; private dock, hot tub and more, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Guests can relax in the peaceful living room, upstairs and downstairs which also offers a comfortable sofa bed. Heating and AC keep the atmosphere just right no matter the season. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Dry Ridge and our enjoyable house has to offer.
