Guest Access:

Guests have access to all the shared amenities at The Leaf: three outdoor swimming pools including two water slides, children’s play area, and free on-site parking (unassigned). Bicycles are also available to explore the neighborhood (included with the rent). The condo is on the third floor and can be reached by both elevator and stairs.



The Neighborhood:

Playacar Phase II is one of Playa del Carmen’s most exclusive areas, combining security and tranquility with proximity to the vibrant downtown. In just minutes you’ll be on Quinta Avenida, the city’s lively hub full of restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and international energy. Nearby you’ll also find supermarkets, ice cream shops, and local stores for everyday needs.



Getting Around:

The condo’s location makes getting around simple: downtown is only 7 minutes away and restaurants and shops are within 2 minutes. You may also enjoy discovering the area with the 2 bicycles that are included in the rental. Yo can be at the beach in two minutes, the closest grocery store in 3 minutes and discover 5th Ave and the neighboring area. Taxis, Uber, or a rental car are all convenient options to explore Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya at your own pace.
