The Cliff House was everything we could have hoped for and more! This nearly 100-year-old home is absolutely stunning, with its beautiful stone architecture, gorgeous wood beams, and timeless character. The setting is truly breathtaking, overlooking Lake Taneycomo with rolling hills painted in the vibrant colors of fall foliage and the most incredible sunsets.
One of our favorite things to do was simply sit on the deck, relax, and take it all in. Watching nature unfold around us was so peaceful and special. We loved seeing the geese and ducks on the water and even had the joy of watching a beautiful bald eagle soar by each day! It was the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and appreciate the beauty of the season.
The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to cook several meals during our stay, and we also enjoyed using the outdoor grill. The hot tub and sauna were wonderful additions, making our evenings extra relaxing. Soaking in the hot tub, enjoying the crisp fall air, and gazing up at the stars was simply magical!
There was also so much to enjoy indoors, including games, a pool table, a dartboard, books, and even karaoke for some extra fun. The Cliff House truly offers the perfect balance of peaceful relaxation, beautiful scenery, and fun activities.
This was an absolutely perfect fall getaway for my husband and me. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already planning our next visit. We fully intend to return with friends so we can share the beauty, charm, and special experience of The Cliff House with others.
If you are looking for a unique, beautiful, and peaceful place to escape and make wonderful memories, we cannot recommend The Cliff House enough. It is a truly special property, and we are so grateful we had the opportunity to experience it! ❤️
