The Space:

Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire home, allowing you to settle in and relax without interruption. Whether youâre here to unwind, work remotely, or spend time with loved ones, the home offers a quiet environment where you can enjoy your stay at your own pace.
There is a detached garage with a beautiful one bedroom in-law suite in the backyard. This is also available as a rental. That rental guest will not have access to the backyard for anything other than entering and leaving via the staircase which is in the backyard. If you would like to book the in-law suite as well let us know and we will provide you with a link to it!

Guest Access:
Prior to arrival, guests are required to complete a secure boarding pass through Enso. This form collects all pertinent and important details related to your stay and allows us to provide you with everything you need for a smooth check-in.
Once completed, youâll receive all arrival instructions, including your unique access code, along with helpful stay details. This process helps ensure a seamless, safe, and well-organized experience for every guest.

As a guest in Bowen Waterfront Village, youâll enjoy the very best of Lowcountry coastal living in a peaceful, amenity-rich setting. The community offers a neighborhood pool, deep-water access, scenic walking trails, and a nearby dockâperfect for relaxing days on the water or leisurely evening strolls.
Nature and convenience come together right outside your door. Enjoy wooded walking trails throughout the community, easy access to the waterfront, and Skipper Park located directly behind the homeâideal for families. Start your morning with coffee at Brew CafĂ©, enjoy a game of pickleball, cool off at Founders Pool, or take advantage of the lake access and community boat ramp. Boat slips may also be rented if needed, making it easy to explore the waterways.
Within minutes, youâll find popular local favorites including Nigelâs Good Food, Famulariâs Pizzeria, and Loweâs Foods in nearby Tanner Plantation.

To help maintain a pleasant atmosphere for everyone, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. This includes keeping noise to a minimum during these hours, both inside and outside the home.

The location truly canât be beat. Just minutes from Downtown Charleston, Charleston International Airport, Joint Base Charleston, and the Naval Weapons Station, this home provides effortless access to everything you need while still feeling like a tranquil retreat away from the crowds. Downtown Charleston and local beaches are both approximately a 20-minute drive. Youâre also close to I-526 and I-26 for easy commuting, Park Circle, and so much more.

We have a no parties or events policy to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
For the safety and security of all guests and our property, we require that all guests provide a valid government-issued ID (passport) via messaging after booking. The name on the ID must match the reservation. Reservations will not be confirmed if the required ID cannot be provided.
Mid-Stay Cleaning Requirement
For stays longer than 10 days, we kindly require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the home fresh, comfortable, and enjoyable throughout your visit.
The cost for this cleaning is the same as the standard cleaning fee and will be requested upon check-in. Weâll be happy to coordinate a date that works best for you to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible.
